CEO

Le oversees Vendor Capital Finance LLC (VCF), a Qualified Purchaser in the State of Illinois’ Vendor Payment Program and Vendor Support Initiative. Prior to VCF, he managed Société Générale’s municipal finance and trading effort, rated municipal bonds for Moody’s Investors Service and worked for the Speaker of the New York City Council. Le has a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner’s School of Public Service and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Forrester Faia

Director of National Sales and Business Development

Forrester manages VCF’s business development and sales and marketing efforts. His broad skill-set includes factoring, asset-based lending and entertainment finance. Forrester has worked at Crestmark Bank, Sterling National Bank, Summit Financial Resources, JD Factors LLC and Austin Financial. Notably, he established the Chicago presence for both JD Factors and Sterling National Bank and has been instrumental in VCF’s efforts as a Qualified Purchaser in the State of Illinois’ Vendor Payment Program and Vendor Support Initiative. Forrester has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Clark University.
